Join us for our return to Roundhead Brewery starting January 17, 2026. We’re excited to combine yoga and craft beer every third Saturday!
Join Blissful Monkey at Roundhead Brewery in Hyde Park every third Saturday from 11am to 12pm for a one-hour yoga class followed by gift cards to enjoy at the bar afterwards. The bar and kitchen open at 12pm, perfect timing to relax and refuel after class.
The Experience
Fun, sweaty vinyasa flows with upbeat music and a variety of hands-on assists. We start class with breath work and mindfulness, carrying over into a flow that will leave you feeling strong, sweaty, and ready for a sweet savasana.
