Sign up for any series to express your interest. Once we reach the minimum number of participants, we'll confirm the series and reach out with payment details. Your spot is only reserved after payment is received.

Mom & Baby

This gentle yoga class is designed to help new moms regain muscle tone, abdominal strength, and flexibility, while cultivating a peaceful, loving connection with the baby and themselves. Postures stretch and strengthen tight muscles, while breath work and relaxation exercises help students feel rejuvenated and refreshed.

The class supports nursing and baby wearing through specific stretches and postures. Moms have a chance to interact with the baby during yoga practice, learning potential exercises to do at home. The class will incorporate infant massage and acupressure techniques.

What to bring: Please bring a receiving blanket for the baby to lie on, and any toys your baby enjoys.

Note: Due to the unpredictability of a baby's schedule, you may arrive up to 15 minutes late and still take class. Drop-ins allowed once we reach the minimum of 6 participants.

HEALing Yoga

Join us for a transformative 4-class series of HEALing Yoga, a slow flow vinyasa class designed to foster mindfulness and self-awareness. Each session builds upon the previous one, guiding you through a progressive exploration of poses that nurture your body and spirit.

In this series, you will learn to listen to your body's signals, interpreting them with compassion and loving-kindness. Emphasis will be placed on alignment and mindful movement, allowing you to cultivate a deeper connection with yourself.

Our instructor will incorporate a variety of techniques, including the use of sound healing, to enhance your relaxation and deepen your experience, particularly during restorative postures and an extended savasana. This series is perfect for all levels, whether you are new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice. Come ready to explore, heal, and find peace within yourself as you embark on this journey of mindful movement.
