With a movement background rooted in dance, Victoria spent her formative years training as a competitive dancer, developing strong technique while building lasting friendships. After stepping away from dance, she was drawn back to movement through Pilates as a way to reconnect with her mind-body connection and embrace a new, intentional form of physical challenge. This passion led her to pursue instructor training, and she is currently completing certification in Mat and Reformer Pilates through Pilates Academy International. Victoria’s approach emphasizes mindful movement, strength, and alignment that support long-term, sustainable movement, while creating space for fun and community.
