Teacher - Vinyasa

Since 2015 she has been teaching private and public classes for students with a range of abilities. Meghan’s classes are mindfully sequenced flows that combine dynamic and static poses to cultivate strength of body, mind, and spirit. She enjoys cultivating community by hosting specialized events and retreats. In 2020 Meghan began the study of Sowa Rigpa, or Healing sciences. She offers services such as lifestyle coaching, diet and herbal recommendations, traditional Tibetan bodywork techniques, Tibetan meditation and breathing exercises. Her wish is to awaken individuals to their highest potential for health and happiness.
